I saw a TikTok about this place and it was next on our list to try. We don't live nearby, but have been on a kick of checking out new pho spots in this area almost every weekend. We tried this a few weeks ago and really really loved it. Out of maybe the ten new spots we've found and tried, we were more partial to one other spot, but this is now in our top 2. The owner/chef, Tom, is super sweet and very attentive to each and every group. He torched up my rib and cut it up and gave us a dipping sauce. It was so so yummy. Will definitely return soon!
One of the best Vietnamese pho's that I have tried, the broth was delicious the meet was tender Tom and the staff were very nice and the service was fast. Definitely would come back again.
Friends said this was their favorite pho place so I tried it out. It's a small shop along a line of shops in a plaza. Plenty of parking in the plaza although we did come on a late afternoon on a Sunday. You go inside and someone comes out the kitchen to seat you. They give water jugs which is nice. Super nice lady takes our order. Super nice head chef Tony comes out and explains the quality of food a bit. Great conversationalist and great service. Got to say the #15 wagyu tai I ordered was really good. The meat tasted so good and was so tender. The broth was a perfect level of saltiness and lightness. I'm not into sweet broth so this was perfect, I don't like phoholic btw because the broth is too sweet. Unfortunately they ran out of the rib cubes but I'll definitely try that next time I'm back. Broth was so good I took my friend's broth home. This was the first time I didn't add too much hoisin sauce so I could keep the taste authentic. I usually will add a lot because I like my noodles tasting like it, I know I'm disgusting. Ordered eggrolls as well and they were super crispy and the filling was good. They give you hi-chews when you finish. You pay at the front and they take cash, card, credit, ebt, and Apple Pay too. Overall would definitely come back for sureeeee.
Absolutely love this place. I traveled from Rowland to this charming little restaurant, and I must say, I'd gladly make the trip every night if I could. It felt like I was coming over to an uncle and aunt's house for dinner. The food was amazing and had great conversations with the whom I believe is the owner? He cracked dad jokes with us and was genuinely very polite, almost had me asking him where his bowl of pho was at. On other notes, the pho was incredible (order #15 what we were recommended). The meats were high quality and the rib cubes were so tender, that even tho I had my wisdom teeth removed a few days prior, it just melted in my mouth.
Upon entering the establishment, the owner greeted us really happily and personally thanked us for coming. I've never had this happen to me at ANY pho place so I was surprised haha. He took time to explain the menu to us. You can choose from two types of noodles: fresh or regular (skinny) noodles. Iced waters were immediately placed on our table. My husband ordered the large house special and I ordered a medium pho tai (rare steak). The broth was flavorful and the meat was tender. Came with a large side of cooked bean sprouts and veggies. The owner is so funny. He came over and asked if we would like our wagyu beef rib torched. Service is top notch. Plenty of parking in the plaza And yes, there is AC inside which is a huge win in this summer heat.
Food and service was great! Tom was super nice and attentive. I got the shaken beef and garlic noodle, and the beef was juicy and tender. The garlic noodle was just right as well! I prefer my garlic noodles to be more on the salty and less garlicky side which they did very well here! Some places make it very sweet or with an overwhelming garlic flavor but the way they make it here it is very well balanced! I also tried their Vietnamese Coffee and it was just the right amount of sweetness for me! Will definitely come back again!
Glad we decided to try this place from all the Yelp reviews. This place did not disappoint. One of the best phos we've had! I don't usually leave reviews, but their broth and wagyu were amazing. Chef Tom was also super friendly! Come early and you might be able to get a surprise from Tom. Would definitely come back for the house special pho and iced coffee
There is plenty of parking outside and plenty of umbrellas inside. This restaurant has cute decor and friendly waitresses. Food was served within timely manner. The broth was definitely delicious and delightful. I really enjoyed it. The price was very reasonable. However, there is no restroom in the establishment. Overall, it's a 4.8 out 5. Would come again!
Made a stop before leaving the area and we left super satisfied with the pho and the lovely customer service we received from the beginning to end. The pho broth was so delicious and authentic and the brisket was super soft and tender. We were also offered a sample of their Vietnamese coffee and let me tell y'all that the coffee is absolutely amazing! Its roasted to perfection and the different blends are amazing! I highly recommend this gem, we will definitely be back!
Outstanding Pho. Best I've ever had. It's fresh and filling. They use American Wagyu beef. So good. Broth is really good. Perfect flavor and texture. I got a medium bowl. It's packed with meat. Large enough for me and filling. Chef Tom is really nice. Smart man. Very hospitable. He gave me some Vietnamese coffee to try. It was delicious. Smooth and flavorful. I really enjoyed talking with him. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. It's decorated very nicely. I love the umbrellas on the ceiling. Happy and colorful. Nice touch. This is my go-to spot when I'm in the area. Try it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Chef Tom.
